Let’s be real, most people don’t want to do therapy.

I specialize in relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD, with a particular focus on couples and individuals from mixed cultural or ethnic backgrounds. I also work with many LGBTQ+ clients navigating self-acceptance and confidence. Most of all, I love working with people who are highly motivated to learn and grow.

I’m a couples and individual psychotherapist based in Oakland. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and somatic practices, helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves.
